About Me
My name is Jill Mills and for 40 years I worked in the NHS as a specialist Speech and language therapist working with people with severe learning disabilities. During my work I realised that I passionately cared about the well being of people who were stressed, anxious, and out of balance with themselves and the rest of society.
I also came to realise the importance of a calm atmosphere and the value of touch to soothe and restore a sense of tranquillity.
When I retired I realised that I wanted to continue working as a therapist in a "hands on " way which could help people to feel better about themselves and soothe aches and pains as well as enabling people to cope with emotional stresses and strains.
Over 6 years I have developed my own practice in my own home by gradually increasing the therapies I can now offer.
I am fully qualified in all subjects with ITEC and a member of the CTHA (Complimentary therapists Association)
I am insured to practice all the therapies listed.
